Terms of reference (TOR)
The stage consists of agreeing and finalizing (if necessary) the technical specifications, on the basis of which an unambiguous (rational) design and technological execution of the medical product will be obtained.
Technical Proposal
If necessary, we expand and clarify the technical specifications, carry out technical or feasibility calculations, choosing the best option for a medical product.
Design and development
We carry out fundamental and/or laboratory research, create a preliminary and technical design, and develop a minimum sufficient set of design and technological documentation.
Pilot production
We receive a prototype and launch pilot production (conducting research on pilot plants).
Finalization of the prototype and production
Based on an analysis of the quality of the prototype and the technical and economic indicators of pilot production, we carry out measures for the transition to mass production.
Start of serial production
We expand pilot production to serial production while maintaining the quality of the manufactured medical product, or we develop serial production from scratch.
